As a Transfer Agency Client Delivery Associate within the Operations Service Delivery Team you will be the primary senior point of contact for significant JPM clients building stable relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients within the segment.
- Build and maintain stable senior relationships with clients to support key interactions and seamless escalation.
- Communicate escalations service updates and progress updates to clients.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal partners including Transfer Agency Sales Technology Solutions Custody and Product Development.
- Support global operations teams in delivering quality products through efficient issue resolution and proactive client engagement.
- Conduct quality checks of exceptional processes completed by team members.
- Assist with tax and regulatory reporting to ensure reports are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner
- Perform FATCA/CRS oversight for the delivery ofTAOps services to clients across the business.
- Utilize transfer agency operations knowledge to improve service quality.
- Process investor payment instructions and requisite fund movements.
- Handle investor transactions including subscriptions redemptions switches transfers Irish Tax Withholding Payments

- Comfortable working across all levels of the organization and bringing teams together to achieve results.
Extended hours/weekends may be required during integration/implementation of new business or systems as well as during peak cycles (year-end month-end).
