Join our Recruiting Team as aTalent Sourcerand become part of an energetic motivated group that directly impacts the growth and success of Susquehanna. This is a highly valued role where youll work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to identify engage and attract top-tier talent across the organisation.

What Youll Do

Source candidates for a variety of roles across Susquehannas business units.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
Conduct market and competitor research to craft compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
Measure the success of sourcing and marketing efforts through data and metrics with recommended improvements.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term relationships.
Contribute to branding efforts and support local recruiting events and sponsorships.

Experience in a sourcing or recruiting role within a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to creatively identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
