Our client is a reputable thriving medium sized firm of accountants based in Dublin City. They are looking for a team member with relevant management accounts experience who is tech-literate and able to use technology efficiently and effectively with an interest in working with cloud and AI-based accounting software to develop their offering. Excellent organisation time-management and communication skills are essential for this role.

Flexible Working - starting anytime between 8:30-10am finishing anytime between 4:30pm- 6:30pm Normal Working Hours are 9-5:30pm

Role responsibilities
Providing Accountancy Services to a bureau of clients which will include (but is not limited to):
Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts
Preparation of Unaudited Year-End Statutory Accounts
Assisting/advising clients with systems of financial control
Company Secretarial compliance with the Companies Office
Guide clients in change management processes from current practices to the adoption of best practice using technology for greater efficiencies and growth.
Become proficient in various accounting software programs (Surf Receipt Bank QuickBooks Sage Xero) to make qualified recommendations of packages accounting tools and connected app functionality to clients to support their accounting needs.
Help drive the firms accounting technology strategy to best serve their clients and project manage the roll out of new accounting solutions.
Complete other ad-hoc internal admin duties such as timesheets and invoicing.
About you
ACA or ACCA Qualified
Minimum of 4 years relevant post qualified work experience
Can demonstrate strong technical auditing and accounting skills including knowledge of the ISAs and accounting standards FRS100 to FRS102
Understands the operational aspects of managing an audit team and be accountable for results
Proven management skills and behaviours
Working knowledge of accounting software packages such as Relate Surf or similar with a high aptitude and interest for using new software.
Client-oriented with initiative enthusiasm and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive confidential information with maximum discretion
Excellent organisational skills time-management and communication skills
Ability to exercise good judgment and decision making when necessary
