Job description
SPAR Rathmines require a full-time Till/Shop Assistant to join their fantastic team.
The successful candidate must have previous convenience store experience on floor and tills. Be fully flexible 6 am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.
MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To operate within the Store efficiently effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Must be available on a full time basis
Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
Hard-working and flexible with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
Professional & polite manner is essential
Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail
Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment and with a willingness to embrace new challenges
