About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a textile printing company that specializing in high-quality fabric printing and sustainable production processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the procurement process for raw materials production tools and other operational needs
- Communicate and negotiate with both local and international vendors
- Create Purchase Orders and record transactions using an ERP system
- Ensure timely delivery and verify that goods meet required specifications
- Coordinate with warehouse production and finance teams during the purchasing process
Job Requirement
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelors degree (S1) in Management Accounting or Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP systems
- Highly detail-oriented honest and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Preferably knowledgeable in raw materials and production equipment for textile printing
- Able to work efficiently and coordinate with both internal and external teams
- Able to read technical documents or vendor communications in passive English
