SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Posting of tax related items (VAT CIT LBT other taxes)
- Monitoring the foreign VAT returns
- Preparing monthly tax declarations
- Participation in month end closing processes (tax calculation etc.)
- Participation of filling of yearend tax returns
- Cooperating with global tax team (tax package)
- Preparing statistics (Hungarian National Bank Statistics Office)
- Accruals (monthly)
- Payroll postings
- Blackline reconciliations
- Conducting SOX controls
- Ad-hoc reporting activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- University/college degree in finance or accounting and a degree as a chartered accountant is counted as an advantage
- At least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience as an accountant in a multinational environment
- Fluent English
- Proficient user of Excel and SAP
- Knowledge of SOX processes is an advantage
- Independent precise responsible work
- Comprehensive professional knowledge with outstanding information transfer skills
- Problem-solving attitude
OTHER PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience at automotive and/or electronics manufatruring company is an advantage
