To make this happen we are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology to take our products into service and then provide the quality of support that together with great design and development will see our systems used and loved by our customers.
You will play a pivotal role in defining the software solution for our clients/product stakeholders by analysis of the relevant business models and requirements processes work-streams and flows of data - capturing and agreeing the requirements for translation into specifications for incremental delivery.
What are the key objectives
- Collaborate with product stakeholders and development teams to elicit and analyse requirements for complex software projects using diverse techniques including interviews workshops surveys site visits and storyboards.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear detailed project narratives ensuring alignment across engineering and product functions.
- Define and document the who what and why of each requirement including acceptance criteria information flows business processes and data structures to address both functional and non-functional needs.
- Conduct root cause analysis on problem areas engaging cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to gather insights and shape effective solutions.
- Refine project narratives into comprehensive technical specifications using use cases behaviour-driven development (BDD) scenarios process flows business rules and data elements.

- Proven experience working in a structured and iterative delivery environments
Technical Experience
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to deconstruct complex challenges and think systematically about interdependencies and downstream impacts.
- Proficient in facilitation and cross-functional collaboration with experience managing analysis activities deliverables and ensuring traceability and effective change control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Well-versed in business analysis frameworks including benefits management process modelling requirements elicitation and functional decomposition.
- Experienced in Agile Business Analysis supporting initiatives from business case development through to delivery across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role could be based in Derby Milton Keynes or have a flexible hybrid approach to work and work location - so please talk to us about your preferences and how these could work for both you and the team. We do require everyone to be in one of our offices at least once a week. We provide this flexibility to enable you to work most effectively.
