NQ Solicitor - Commercial Real Estate - Ipswich with hybrid working
Client
A highly successful Real Estate department within a forward-thinking full service leading UK law firm
Role
Join a highly successful Utilities Team which has nationwide clients throughout the UK and who are looking to recruit to take forward their ambitious plans for the future
The team specialise in high volume time-critical property transactions for utility network operator clients as well as assisting developer clients with their utility transactions
Maintain a case load working on a wide variety of property transactions for utility companies or landowners
An excellent opportunity for an ambitious property lawyer in a firm which enjoys an excellent reputation and can offer good career prospects
You
NQ-3 PQE withwith strong background in residential or commercial property
Commercially astute technically excellent and confident in managing complex transactions
Play a key role in the growth and development of the team
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ideally with experience or a demonstrable interest in the utilities infrastructure or energy sectors
