Office based in Havant
Salary from 30000 - 35000

2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Managing deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Product components (e.g. Azure Intune/Endpoint Exchange OneDrive SharePoint Teams Groups).
- Administration support and configuration of Microsoft 365 for our customers.
- Supporting their Service Desk functions and dealing with customer tickets proactively and within the agreed SLA.
- Ensuring the operational health of their Microsoft 365 environments; and some on-premises environments; including security availability performance interoperability and reliability.
- Build out the configuration and manage the rollout of corporate systems including Microsoft Endpoint for device management.
2nd Line Support Engineer / Second Line Support Engineer Requirements:
- First-hand administration and implementation experience with Microsoft 365 platform.
- Solid problem-solving approach using a mixture of customer-facing and technical skills.
- Ability to interact well with customer employees directors and suppliers to deliver a solid trusted and solution focussed response.
- A driving license would be preferred but is not essential.
