Role Overview
Manage and develop FLC portfolio within the Czech Republic Slovakia Hungary Bulgaria and Romania. To implement business strategy in this line by undertaking risk selection underwriting To administration handling existing cases (renewals) and developing new business portfolio within this area.
To continue broker management with all segments of brokers with special focus on SGB BIG 3 and Cornerstone segments. Building good relationship with brokers / clients.
Major focus on Financial Lines industry practices (D&O FI E&O CRIME)
Key Responsibilities
To underwrite new business and / or renewals according to defined underwriting guidelines specified budget and local business plan.
To develop and manage existing portfolio of policies establish brokers and clients relationships in Czech Republic and Slovakia. To provide presentations to business partners manage business negotiations.
To maintain accurate files monitor and maintain existing policies.
Adherence to all internal / external service standards including but not restricted to provision of new quotations delivery of renewal terms handling of mid-term amendments provision of closings to CSU etc.
To work within the framework of CHUBB ethical and service standards.
Supporting Multinational Programs in respect of FLC line of business.
Specific role responsibilities:
regular review of the marketing material
review and update of wordings in cooperation of FLC Manager
Keep updated all internal systems.
Qualifications:
University degree minimum 2 years working experience within the insurance industry
Languages
Czech English
Experience
Comprehensive understanding and working knowledge FLC product line the insurance market and competitors.
Solid experience of dealing with brokers and clients.
Ability to make own decisions and work on own initiative.
An experienced professional who is recognised externally.
