Job Description
- Develop long-term planning for the digital and technology investment portfolio based on the companys overall strategy
- Be responsible for screening and evaluating new project proposals based on business needs technological innovation cost-effectiveness and other factors.
- Allocate financial human and technical resources efficiently across projects ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Establish effective monitoring mechanisms to track project and address potential issues to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Set and track KPIs regularly reporting to senior management on the health of the project portfolio return on investment and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate closely with cross functions and key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Encourage and support technological innovation and drive the adoption and implementation of new technologies within the company.
