Kantar Insights is looking for a ANALISTA DE PESQUISA SENIOR to join our Quantitative Research team in Sao Pablo!

Our client servicing team is seeking an energizing insight professional to manage the execution of full-scale custom market research studies where he7she will act as the liaison to senior management in Kantar to help clients identify and capture purpose-led growth opportunities.

We are keen to have someone who is eager to work on key accounts and is able to build relationships and deliver against high expectations and timelines. Our ideal candidate has a natural curiosity and a can-do mindset.

What Youll Be Doing

• Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis advising to proactively address needs provide thought leadership and solve business problems that drive satisfaction;
• Craft compelling stories translate data into insights that address key client business issues and are presented to the client in a straightforward way.
• Supervise and deliver against specific account revenue targets as well as plan and forecast future revenue across client accounts.

The Skills & Experience Youll Need

We are looking for someone with a flair for building new and nurturing existing relationships with clients and partners.

In Addition You Will Need

• Academic degree in Economics Marketing Psychology or Business Administration or any relevant degree;

• Professional with solid experience in servicing major accounts possessing strong analytical skills and a consultative approach

• Senior profile with autonomy and initiative to manage complex demands and demanding clients.

• Proven experience (3 years) managing high volume quantitative research studies partnering with clients to proactively deliver on agreed deliverables including people management experience.

• Experience with quantitative market research methodologies and techniques; keen ability to recognize and articulate the story.

• Advance English intermediate Spanish

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
