Term/Status: Permanent Full-time (70 hours bi-weekly)
Classification/Salary: Management Band 4 starting at $100231 - $125289 annually
Team: Quality Assurance
Location: Flexible within British Columbia with a designated CLBC office as your primary location (hybrid)

About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Director Quality Assurance the Manager Home Share provides provincial leadership to ensure Home Share services are consistent accountable and person-centred. You will oversee policies standards and quality assurance frameworks that strengthen outcomes for individuals supported through Home Share.
In this role you will collaborate with regional teams and service providers to monitor performance resolve complex issues and apply culturally safe practices that promote inclusion and belonging. Youll also lead program evaluations and risk reviews using evidence and data to identify opportunities for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
This role is ideal for a leader with strong knowledge of community living services who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on support ensuring that Home Share continues to deliver safe high-quality and responsive services across B.C.
