About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and crypto-literate Business Analyst to join our innovative crypto services team. This is a key role where youll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution driving the successful integration of crypto products within a multi-asset trading environment.

Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and technical documentation
Conduct research on emerging crypto offerings trading models and blockchain integrations
Prepare comprehensive documentation: business cases change requests timelines process guides functional specs and user flows
Act as a liaison between product owners developers and stakeholdersensuring alignment at all stages of delivery
Provide internal training and support on crypto platform features and new product launches
Interpret technical concepts for business users and translate business needs for developers
Analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable insights
Collaborate in agile environments contributing to sprint planning and product testing
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Information Technology or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in crypto or fintech
Strong understanding of crypto ecosystems platforms and blockchain technologies
Experience working with trading or exchange systems is highly preferred
Excellent documentation skills using tools like Confluence Jira or similar
Proficient in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
Analytical mindset with the ability to deliver clear business cases and solution plans
Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
