Job Description

Shangri-La Nanshan Shenzhen

Adjacent to the RAIL IN shopping mall Shangri-La Nanshan Shenzhen is situated at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area a prime location within the Huiyun Center of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. Located at the junction of with three metro lines within walking distance to Hongshuwan Station for line 2 and Hongshuwan South Station for lines 9 and 11. Shenzhen Bay Port and Shenzhen Baoan International Airport are an approximately 15 and 35-minute drive from the hotel.

We are hiring an Assistant Financial Controller

As an Assistant Financial Controller we rely on you to

  • Assist the Financial Controller and supervise the daily operations of the Finance Department;
  • Prepare schedules for monthly reports and work arrangements;
  • Conduct financial analysis based on monthly reports and report the results to the Financial Controller;
  • Solve all issues related to the Finance Department as instructed by the Financial Controller;
  • Ensure that the operations of the Finance Department and other related departments comply with hotel procedures and propose suggestions to the Financial Controller on how to improve incorrect or inefficient procedures;
  • Assist the Financial Controller in preparing annual financial budgets and monthly forecasts.

We are looking for someone who:

  • More than 3 years of working experience in the same position and level in five-star international hotels;
  • Familiar with finance accounting taxation and legal knowledge;
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications;
  • Proficiency in accounting computerization and various financial software with certain abilities in external relationship coordination and overall management;
  • Strong leadership skills and good interpersonal skills;
  • Good organizational planning strategic thinking and conceptualization abilities.
