Collect new product need of MMW Radar then feedback to PL for future portfolio plan.
Market Strategy Planning and Execution:Formulate short & long term market expansion strategies and annual business plans for Radar products in GC market. Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and customer needs to identify high-potential business opportunities.
Business Development and Management:Lead the development and cooperation negotiations with key customers deeply explore customer needs Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customer key stakeholders drive project implementation and achieve business growth.
Market Promotion and optimize the channel partners:Plan and execute marketing activities for Radar products including customer events technical seminars and product launches.Optimize the channel partners including distributors and 3rd party solution providers to expand market coverage.
Business Data Analysis:Monitor business data such as revenue market share TAM/SAM to fine tune short and long term business plan.
New product concept:Provide input into PL roadmap for new product concept with market insights.
Qualifications:
Masters degree or above in Electronics Engineering ( or related field ).
Knowledgeable on ARM Core processor embedded system. If has experience of MMW Radar design will be a plus.
Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent internal and external communication skillsProficientEnglish is needed ( both verbal and written ).
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Strong sense of accountability ownership of role and CAN-DO attitude.
Ability to dealwith diverse customers cultures and functions
