You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPerforms general operational tasks and performs standardized quality checks on travel related processes such as credit card and travel expenses. Work is governed by a large variety of procedures and routines.
Assists in implementation of new processes; troubleshoots and resolves operational issues. Collaborates across teams to ensure structural improvement and/or expectation management is in place.
Is responsible for own KPI deliveryand contributes to team KPIs performs deep-dives and takes action to drive results if KPI is off-track. Reports out of team KPIs towards internal stakeholders.
Is in contact with different stakeholders and acts on their demands andexpectations understanding their underlying need.
Navigates all relevantsystems/processesfor transactions orquestion andis able toworkwithinthefull scopeofthesystem/process.
With some general work experience preferrable in operational/administrative related areas.
Fluent in English.
With experience in operational reporting and performing data analysis using relevant tooling.
Supervise a unit or operating department to provide transactional & operational support services in areas around Finance domain.
Resolve problems and process approvals such as risk or credit approvals within clearly established guidelines.
Support Service Delivery Teams for continuous improvements.
Signals discrepancies andmakessuggestions on identified opportunities to improve and implementation ofmedium and complex (data driven) improvements in collaboration with other tiers (e.g. on work instructions & knowledge base) to minimize waste & inflow increase efficiency and improve quality.
Participates in projects within own scope while ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.
Responsible for generating and delivering routine or ad-hoc reports
For Support roles: Regular contact with customers suppliers or ASML employees outside own work area. Works within a range of more complex procedures and some analysis and reporting required; work requires good comprehensive knowledge of the procedures and good understanding of how the operations of the department relate to others.
