Job Description

- Develop and oversee project planning strategies to ensure effective resource and time allocation.
- Create and manage detailed schedules identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and align objectives.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate progress risks and solutions to senior management and project stakeholders.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices and project management tools.
- Ensure compliance with execution standards in EPC civil works electrical infrastructure and contract management.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 8 years of experience in project planning and management specifically in wind farms photovoltaic plants or transmission substations.
- Advanced English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Proven experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of EPC execution processes contract management engineering coordination and scheduling.
- Deep knowledge of project management tools and planning software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Spanish and English.
- Leadership and personnel management capabilities.
- Availability to work on-site in photovoltaic parks (Calama / Mara Elena).
- Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changes in project plans.
