Our newly established Dynamics 365 Team offers a spot for a Microsoft Digital Transformation Expert to work closely with the Microsoft delivery team in The Netherlands. The responsibilities cover supporting the entire implementation and optimization engagements that we deliver to our customer(s). You will need to collaborate in a team of technical & functional consultants/architects and the project manager to help make the above happen.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in supporting customers on their digital transformation journey using Microsoft technologies
- Work closely with senior KPMG Microsoft Experts and the Project Manager learning on the job and gradually taking on more independent tasks
- Contribute to various project activities such as:
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Supporting solution design testing training and go-live activities
- Participating in data migration and cut-over support
- Providing end-user support after go-live
- Help maintain and update project documentation
- Support the implementation of PMO standards tools and methodologies
- Assist in tracking project performance and preparing status reports and KPIs
- Help facilitate project reviews risk assessments and evaluations
- Contribute to resource planning budgeting and forecasting under guidance
- Coordinate PMO communications and assist with training initiatives
- Participate in the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
What you bring in:
- 12 years of experience in a PMO project coordination or similar role
- Interest or basic experience with Microsoft cloud technologies is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in project management and technology
- A good understanding or strong interest in IT and digital solutions
- A Bachelors or Masters degree or equivalent practical experience
- A proactive can-do attitude and readiness to take on new challenges
- Openness to working in diverse teams and collaborating across cultures
- Good communication writing and presentation skills
