Job Description

  • Max-term part time role
  • Located at Bridgewater
  • SCHADS Level 6 salary packaging super
Your new role

Support CYF leadership in strengthening practice across Tasmanian CYF teams by providing expert clinical advice on complex cases. Act as a key liaison between CYF programs the Practice Unit and training initiatives to enhance service delivery and practitioner development.

Your skills and experience

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in a relevant community services discipline
  • Experience in the human services welfare or social services sector
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse engaged and cross-functional workforce focused on client outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex issues and support/mentor staff working with challenging clients
  • Experience in program leadership and community development
