The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. You will play a key role in designing developing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

• Design develop and implement custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
• Create automated workflows and processes using Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Utilize Copilot Studio to enhance application development and improve user experience.
• Manage and implement solutions using Dataverse for data storage and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document technical specifications processes and user guides.

• Skills and attributes for success
  3 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse for data management and integration.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and its application in enhancing development processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript C# or SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ideally youll also have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Apps Developer Power BI).
• Experience in developing custom connectors and APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
