The Marketing Controller will be responsible for planning tracking and analyzing marketing budget innovations and promo actions supporting decision-making through performance insights ROI evaluations and portfolio optimization. The purpose is to enable sustainable growth through financially sound brand strategies aligned with global and regional guidelines
Accountabilities:
Ensure continuous monitoring analysis and reporting of brands P&L;
Lead the forecasting processes in close alignment with Brand teams and local Finance;
Provide financial support for brand strategies innovation / launches and promo actions;
Act as Finance Business Partner to Marketing providing transparency on investments and supporting the prioritization of activities based on financial impact;
Partner with Global/Regional controlling to ensure alignment with corporate standards and deliverables (brand P&L dashboards KPIs);
Contribute to the improvement of controlling processes tools and reporting frameworks ensuring automation and harmonization where possible;
Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audit processes when applicable.
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Finance/Controlling
Experience in marketing / brands controlling an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal/stakeholders management skill
Analytical skills proactive attitude
Ability to work in a matrix organization structure and work with multiple stakeholders
SAP experience
Power BI knowledge is an advantage
High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Power Point)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
