  • Obtains approval of the category sourcing plan (with project prioritization/phasing/savings).
  • Integrates client stakeholders as part of the sourcing process using a tollgate procedure.
  • Gathers cleanses classifies examines and interprets client spend.
  • Leads the process of renewing extending terminating and renegotiating contracts.
  • Develops an implementation plan for buying channel optimization of spend for the category.
  • Authorizes full responsibility for enabling hosted and punch-out catalogs.
  • Drives transactional automation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
