About the role
Mater Private Hospital Rockhampton are seeking multiple highly motivated and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nursesto join our Casual Nursing Pool.
Salary range: $35.92-$38.21 per hourplus 25% Casual loading plus 12% superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse you will provide patient-centred nursing care under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse on duty. Whilst displaying the highest level of clinical standards for the unit you will be responsible for:
- Achieving optimal patient outcomes throughout the patient journey and continuum of care
- Demonstrating exceptional clinical expertise and knowledge of procedures and the management of patients seeking outstanding care
- Implementing strategies to ensure that quality and risk management are integrated into service provision
- Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional care every time
- Maintaining current knowledge and skills to ensure continued professional growth
About you

To be successful in this position you will have the following:
- Current AHPRA nursing registration as an Enrolled Nurse (no restrictions)
- Prior experience as an Enrolled Nurse in a hospital setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise with avariety of different stakeholders both internally and externally at various levels
- Demonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative sound reasoning and strong listening negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commitment to ensuring the levels of service is delivered to patients at all times
