You have strategic responsibility for digital customer projects at NETCONOMY and play a central role in building long-term customer relationships. With your expertise you develop innovative digitalization strategies together with our customers and implement them in value-creating projects.
Your jobs key responsibilities are:
Responsibility for the strategic management of customer projects in the field of digital solutions
Building and maintaining sustainable long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Establishing NETCONOMY as a strategic partner and trusted advisor for our customers
Focusing on adding value by developing digitalization strategies in close collaboration with clients and implementing them in sub-projects
Triggering problem solving to strengthen collaboration internally and with the client
Focus on results and support in the execution of individual operational initiatives
Proactive implementation of initiatives to generate added value for our clients
Collaboration in an international team and support in the realization of innovative and sustainable solutions for international clients
Several years of experience in portfolio management with a focus on enterprise customers
Extensive expertise in managing large-scale software development projects with a deep understanding of agile methodologies
Strong customer orientation with the ability to systematically build and sustain customer relationships
Outstanding presentation negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in German and English at a professional level
Experience in the SAP Customer Experience Suite is a plus
Structured strategic way of working with strong self-management skills
Strong comprehension of trends strategic contexts and strategy development

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment which is 75000 gross/year for this position.
