Serving as the first point of contact the global HRdirect team responds to HR related queries from all SAP employees HRdirect you will be a part of our dynamic fun international team helping SAP shape the future of HR support.
What youll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern HR Service Associate
Location: Munro Vicente Lopez Buenos Aires Argentin
Start Date: September or October 2025
Day-to-day tasks will include providing consultation to employees and managers to help solve their HR queries. You will research the HR Knowledge Database and communicate via our ticketing system chat email and phone. You will also maintain and improve the content of the HR Knowledge Database by collaborating with other teams.

Process improvement user experience managing knowledge learning and development storytelling and communication creative design automation machine learning data analytics; no matter your interests well help you build your future path.
Who you are:
Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Previous HR experience is not required but you need to:
- Be a current student (f/m) of a university or a university of applied science
- Proficient in oral and written English Communication skills.
- Proficient in oral and written Spanish and Portuguese communication.
- Fast learner: curious and dedicated.
- Multi-tasking/ prioritization skills.
- Strive to help others and enjoy working in teams.
- Enjoy problem solving and be comfortable with complexity.
- Be responsive own your task and follow through.
- Be curious learn and grow.
- Aim to simplify question the established think creatively.
- Take pleasure in learning innovative technology.
- Flexible highly motivated and accustomed to work remotely (mostly from home office) and with colleagues located in other time zones
