IMG International Markets Group e.g. Australia & New Zealand India South Africa Thailand emerging and distributor markets

Define the Ford Pro Communication Strategy for IMG

Develop the Marketing GTM plan

Support Markets Commercial Initiatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Management
  • 7-10 years experience in Business-To-Business (B2B) Marketing / Communications. Commercial sales experience is beneficial
  • Automotive experience is beneficial
  • Prior experience in brand strategy and developing B2B marketing launch plans. Knowledge of corporate processes software/connectivity customer service and B2B sales is an advantage
  • A high-performance team player who collaborates effectively to deliver results
  • Strategic leader with strong communication skills management ability and presence
  • Can-do attitude promoting commercial customer centricity and simplification
  • Dependable committed and highly responsible to deliver outcomes
  • Confidently able to lead motivate and manage others by influence
  • B2B communication strategy customer and commercial insight; brand positioning marketing mix; relationship management; cost management and ROI efficiency
  • Understanding of commercial customer marketing and effective GTM approaches
  • Experience with regional marketing and understanding of local markets
  • English fluency
  • Flexibility on working hours given global HQ and market time zone differences
  • Expert stakeholder management ability to negotiate and bring others on the journey
  • Ability to lead and manage NDA projects and craft business/marketing strategies suitable for commercial customers.
