About the Role
In this position youre responsible for developing and securing the delivery of chemical management and product compliance strategies. You interpret international laws and regulations translate them into actionable internal policies and support teams across the organization in applying these standards. You conduct audits develop training materials and ensure that regulatory information is shared effectively to enable legal compliance and continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities include:
The location for this position is Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work solution. International travel is part of the job and you report within a matrix organization.
Your Profile
Were looking for someone with several years experience in global chemical regulations and compliance. Youre able to interpret complex regulations and translate them into internal procedures training materials and compliance strategies. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering

Youre a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. You listen actively build trust and maintain strong networks across the organization.
