The Role

Were looking for an experienced and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team. This role is all about building strong partnerships with key clients identifying growth opportunities and delivering tailored transport solutions that add value to their business.

Youll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of key accounts developing strategies that drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain strong long-term client relationships across multiple levels of each organisation.
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts understanding their business challenges and goals.
  • Create and execute account strategies to meet sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements that maximise profitability.
  • Work closely with internal teams dealers and international partners to deliver solutions.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
  • Prepare account performance reports forecasts and reviews for management.

About You

Youll bring proven experience in Key Account Management and a strong understanding of the automotive or transport industry. Youre strategic results-driven and confident building trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Key skills and attributes:

  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and account management principles.
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term account plans.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and strategy.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Knowledge of FUSO Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner products is an advantage.
