As a Workbank Planner/Scheduler based in either our Hamilton or Tauranga offices youll be at the heart of our transformation journey. Youll lead the development and coordination of integrated 1824-month plans ensuring our infrastructure work is strategically aligned and delivered efficiently.
Your role will involve collaborating with project and finance teams preparing reports forecasting costs and resources and ensuring our delivery schedules are aligned across the board. From risk assessments to stakeholder engagement youll be a key player in planning success across the Upper North Island.

Were looking for someone who brings both technical capability and a collaborative mindset. Youll ideally have:
Experience in infrastructure rail or large-scale project planning
Strong skills in developing and maintaining integrated schedules
Proficiency with planning tools such as P6 MS Project and Excel
Solid understanding of forecasting budgeting and data-driven reporting
A proactive and inclusive approach to communication and teamwork
Strong organisational skills and an eye for continuous improvement
A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering project management or a similar field
A full clean NZ Drivers Licence
