The opportunity:
Hitachi Energys Grid Integration business unit has delivered more than 4000 projects over the last 15 years. Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact. We incorporate the integrated systems solutions and services of our business DC and AC fields including HVDC Substations FACTS Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system such as renewables transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.
How youll make an impact:
You will work as General Sales & Marketing work focuses on a combination of general sales and marketing work including face-to-face and/or remote sales to new or existing customers.
You will be assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products services and/or solutions planning developing and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
You will be evaluating measuring and managing the product/brand P&L (e.g. budgeting expenditures profitability return-on-investment etc.) Incumbents in this specialization may also provide customer service and support in the form of information on product/price and resolution to issues related to billing shipping delivery complaints etc. incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets.
You will establish and implement strategies that have short to mid-term impact on business results in alignment with parent/independent organization objectives lead multiple teams of directors/senior managers and managers.
You will develop short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization function or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area.

Your background:
You hold an educational background in engineering (ideally electrical) is preferred.
Experience in tendering large-scale projects in similar industry.
Eager to learn and coach team members.
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability and confidence.
