Could you be the full-time PI Engineer (PI Field Engineer) in LOCATION were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability availability and performance of Alstom products during the Product Introduction (PI) period. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as RAMS Quality Project Engineering and Maintenance) lead troubleshooting efforts and much more.
Youll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving technical issues but also contribute to reliability growth and product improvement initiatives.
Well look to you for:
Supporting technical activities on Alstom products during PI Commissioning and Warranty phases
Diagnosing malfunctions and recommending preventative and corrective actions
Providing technical guidance to technicians for troubleshooting and repairs
Driving containment and resolution of quality issues (Kx/8D processes)
Ensuring completeness and quality of failure/event data for RAMS exploitation
Supporting configuration control documentation management and field modifications

Graduate degree in Engineering or Industrial fields (or equivalent internal qualifications)
Experience or understanding of mechanical electrical or electronic engineering
Knowledge of railway safety and RAMEHS principles
Familiarity with data analytics and troubleshooting methodologies
Internal EHS training certification
Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
Field experience and exposure to quality/audit processes
