Design execute and maintain manual and automated test cases to validate accuracy integrity and consistency across systems.
Develop and implement robust test strategies that combine manual validation with automation framework.
Build and maintain scalable automated test scripts using tools and languages such as Python JavaScript Java or SQL.
Conduct performance testing on data systems to ensure scalability and reliability under varying data volume.
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies and also maintain detailed documentation of test artifacts.
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications:
Extensive experience and proven track record working with technical teams.
o Substantial experience in Data Engineering/Reporting/Integration testing including large data sets and working with data lakes/fabrics.
o Proven ability to collaborate with developers support Shift-Left testing and contribute to automation and architecture discussions.
o Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience writing and executing queries.
o Experience with one of the Change Management tools or platforms e.g. JIRA
o Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure preferred .
Experience and understanding of IT challenges opportunities and applications in a Financial Services context including data governance and compliance standards.
Agile mindset with strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.
Quick to adopt new tools and technologies; holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills
Experience with an EPM system Hyperion Tagetik or other similar
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance
Experience with MS Remote Server Administration Tools (RSAT)
