Job Description

  • Part Time Opportunity (18.75 hours per week)
  • Health Translation Hub (HTH) Randwick NSW
  • Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
  • Hybrid working environment (2 days per week in the office)

Pro-Rata Salary Range of $95k Base to $120k Base (dependent on experience skills and capabilities) plus 12% Superannuation Smart Salary Packaging Benefit

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to lead our Athena SWAN program driving meaningful change by identifying barriers creating an action plan for change to ensure we foster an inclusive workplace culture. We are aspiring towards a Silver award and this role is key to shaping a future where equity and inclusion are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead and managethe Athena Swan program including conducting staff consultations data analysis writing and and submission of Silver and Cygnet Award applications.
  • Implement and supportGender Equity Diversity and Inclusion (GEDI) policies and initiatives aligned with the Institutes People strategy.
  • Coordinatethe Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team and maintain relationships with key external GEDI networks (e.g. UNSW SAGE AAMRI).
  • Drive GEDI projects promote training and events track progress against benchmarks and embed best practices across the organisation.
