Description of the role:
Join our team at University Home Care as a Nurse in our Home Care East Side division. As a Nurse you must know kinner and you will be responsible for providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients in their homes on the East Side of Livonia MI.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and developing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient health and progress
- Communicating with patients and their families
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in home care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
