Job DescriptionAs the Marketplace Human Resources Senior Manager serves as a trusted advisor to leaders balancing daily workforce needs with long term talent strategy. They provide expert guidance on performance engagement and employee relations while ensuring staffing and development initiatives align with business close partnership with Associate Vice President (AVP) and multi-unit leadership they champion retention and succession planning efforts. Through proactive leadership and strategic insight they help shape a forward-looking talent approach positioning the organization as a true great place to work.

San Francisco Bay San Pablo Bay and Suisun Bay: Alameda Contra Costa Marin Napa San Mateo Santa Clara Solano Sonoma and San Franciscoand be able totravel 35% with overnight travel 15% of the time.
What youll do- Proactively refine recruitment and retention strategies by using industry benchmarks and analyzing market hiring and turnover trends to stay ahead of workforce needs.
- Partner with leaders to build strong succession pipelines and ensure our teams are prepared for the future.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels offering support on workplace concerns and encouraging open communication.
- Provide expert guidance to the AVP and Multi-Unit leaders on talent development organizational design and team effectiveness.
- Advise on leadership coaching skill development and performance strategies that elevate operational excellence.
- Analyze and interpret employee engagement survey results co-develop action plans with leadership and drive accountability for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business leaders to shape a culture rooted in accountability inclusion and engagement.
- Support managers with performance coaching corrective action guidance and development planning to achieve consistent results.
- Lead change management efforts for new initiatives ensuring smooth implementation and strong adoption across teams.
- Work cross-functionally to align HR strategies with broader business goals helping to drive long-term success.
- Ensure HR processes are implemented effectively balancing operational needs with a strong focus on employee advocacy.
- Ensure compliance with all Federal / State employment labor laws EPA compliance EEOC guidelines.
Basic qualifications- 3 years of experience in Human Resource strategy with accountability for retention/turnover employee engagement employee development and employee product knowledge proficiency training
- 5 years of Supervisory/Management experience OR 5 years of Military experience inclusive of coaching training recognition and performance evaluation
- Previous experience administering Performance Management Benefits and Compensation
Preferred qualifications- 3 years of multi-unit Human Resource management experience
- 2 years Employee Relations experience inclusive of investigation; Compliance Monitor for company state and federal guidelines
- Current Human Resources certification
