Description:
The probe manufacturing internship program aims to provide student with training and practical experiences in managing the operation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) in the wafer fab processes.
Project Scope:
Be part of the project team to collaborate with the operation shift team to maintain the AGV and smart rack operation
Investigate and troubleshooting of issues on AGV and smart rack system
Collaborate with the operation equipment and planning engineers to improve the AGV and smart rack performance (e.g. loading and unloading success rate machine availability zone/route optimization)
Deliverable:
Establish best known method for troubleshooting issues for AGV
Develop CIP to improve the AGV and smart rack system
Requirements:
- Studying in Polytechnic Year 2 or Year 3 in Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Autocad Tableau
