Job Description
What youll do:
- Work closely with our Partner teams and vendors to lead and consult measurement strategy across accounts to help advertisers in Greater China and our Partner Markets to understand the effectiveness of their advertising on Pinterest
- Communicate complex experimentation design and data-driven results back to non-technical client audience and influence client measurement thinking
- Conduct in-depth standard and custom research studies for Pinterests partners that analyze advertising effectiveness via a combination of internal and external measurement tools
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to measurement
- Support the development of measurement education content for front-line account teams
- Collaborate within our team on thought leadership measurement narratives and ways of working ideation
- Develop and oversee overall measurement strategy in order to continue improve process methodology advertiser success experience across markets
What were looking for:
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
- 10 years of digital ads measurement and insights experience
- Familiar with ads measurement landscape and methodologies
- Experience working directly with Partners to develop campaign measurement and planning strategies
- Strong analytical skills at ease working with spreadsheets and multiple sources of data to turn numbers into insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales teams product teams and other members of the Ads Measurement team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business management or equivalent experience

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means were not always working in an office but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- As such this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration typically 2 days per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Singapore City based office.
