Job Overview:
KDCI is seeking a dynamic and proactive Spanish Bilingual Digital Marketing Product Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and product development this role you will collaborate closely with marketing product and cross-functional teams to execute strategies manage content and ensure seamless digital product performance. You will be involved in auditing testing and optimizing product websites while contributing to improvements in usability user experience and overall marketing impact.
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual passionate about digital marketing eager to learn and ready to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update website content through CMS platforms.
Audit and test product websites to identify document and resolve bugs and issues.
Suggest and implement improvements to website usability and user experience.
Support the customer service team by updating processes content and QA documentation.
Participate in reporting and monitoring of digital campaigns.
Collaborate with product development design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product objectives and customer needs.
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
A keen interest in digital marketing with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and the use of digital resources (CMS Jira Confluence and AMZ workspace).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Be comfortable working with deadlines and managing different tasks at the same time
Candidate must be proactive and responsible.

Employment Type:On-site training in Ortigas office (week 1) Hybrid setup 2-3 times a week.
Department:Incentive Team
Work Schedule:5-day work week mid-shift schedule from 2 pm to 11 pm Manila time.
