Digital Project Manager
Location: Remote (Asia Pacific region PH or Thailand // LATAM highly preferred // SA )
Compensation: $2500$3000 USD/month (highly neg depending on experience)
Industry: Digital Agency / Web Development
Schedule: Full-time flexible working hours. Must be available for meetings between 10am 9pm AEST with additional flexibility to overlap with European clients. Must overlap with Australian and European time zones)

About the Role
Were seeking an experienced technically-savvy Digital Project Manager who can do much more than deliver projects we need a strategic driver who asks why as much as how.
You will play a key role in leading discovery and strategy managing complex web builds and growing client relationships. This role is not just about execution; its about shaping digital strategies advising clients and helping free up the CEO to focus on growth and innovation.
The right candidate will bring both technical depth (Drupal WordPress SEO data architecture) and strategic thinking with the ability to proactively guide clients and projects from concept through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead research and discovery sessions identifying gaps and designing digital growth strategies for clients.
- Manage web design and development projects across UX SEO and development teams.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients building trust and helping them grow their digital footprint.
- Collaborate with designers providing creative and strategic direction when needed.
- Oversee complex web builds from planning through launch ensuring technical integrity and client satisfaction.
- Champion web accessibility (training provided if needed).
- Analyse performance data and use meaningful metrics to guide client strategy.
- Collaborate with the CEO to expand digital marketing and strategic service offerings.
- Stay current on web SEO and digital trends to inform project direction.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience in a digital agency (or running your own agency/consultancy).
- Strong technical foundation: hands-on experience with custom web development particularly Drupal and WordPress.
- Solid understanding of data architecture: content types entities and taxonomies.
- Experience managing and delivering complex digital projects end-to-end.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and their application to both technical and content decisions.
- Strong client-facing skills able to build manage and grow relationships.
- A proactive independent thinker who can plan problem-solve and advise clients without constant oversight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- High energy curiosity and confidence to own outcomes and push back when necessary in the clients best interest.
