We are currently looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to join our team (full-time). This role is preferably located in Vienna Austria. As a company committed to building a diverse and talented team we offer relocation support to Vienna for the right candidate. Whether youre currently living in another country or city our People Team will assist you with the logistics and practicalities of moving so you can focus on what you do best: creating great products that help people experience organized adventures around the world.

What Your Adventure will look like:

As a Senior Product Manager of the Supply Pillar your job is to empower our more than 2500 suppliers to maximise their revenue while delivering outstanding services to our Travelers and partners. TourRadar partners with the largest tour operators globally all the way to small boutique suppliers run by passionate owners so your careful assessment of the highest impact opportunities is needed.

Managing the supply side is a core part of our success and you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our supply to enable millions of travellers to find the adventures which fit for them and instantly confirm them.

  • Own and evolve our supply-side platform including content importers booking APIs and the Operator Dashboard.
  • Lead cross-functional development sprints with engineers defining roadmaps specs and clear success metrics.
  • Analyze and design partner API integrations (JSON/XML) and our internal Operator Dashboard to streamline connectivity and improve reliability.
  • AI-first mindset to help define solutions to enhance data quality automate tagging map destinations and simplify onboarding among others.
  • Define content standards making sure all content quality meets the standards and keeps pricing up to date.
  • Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and tour operators to ensure smooth operations and strong relationships while aligning business initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and iterate quickly to drive measurable improvements across the supply ecosystem.

What youll need to bring to Your Adventure:

  • 4 year technical product/project management experience
  • AI first mindset to tackle existing problems with new approaches
  • Experience working with APIs JSON/XML
  • Solid understanding of other technical concepts (SOAP FTP HTTP codes)
  • Experience leading an agile team including hosting all rituals
  • Experience writing specifications and defining test cases
  • Great attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent English verbal & written communication skills

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience applying AI / LLM models in existing workflows and applications
  • Experience in SQL and Google Sheets
  • Experience using Postman (or similar)
  • Disposition to find the root cause of problems
