Job Details
This role is in support of Cencoras global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.
Under the supervision of the Depot Manager and/or Clinical Team leader and/or a Depot Pharmacist and/or Auxiliary Pharmacist the candidate is responsible to take part in the operations ensuring the quality and integrity of all the processes related to stored material: reception storage shipment return and/or destruction according to SOPs or any other required standard. Under the supervision and reporting to a Depot Pharmacist is responsible for signing off processes and releasing shipment for distribution.
Responsibilities
Verifies and signs operation jobs under the supervision of the Depot Pharmacist.
Releases shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist.
Manage the change of product status both physically and systematically following client instructions and within the scope of applicable Internal Guidelines.
Perform the quality check on a relabeling process in the absence of a Local Quality Representative and/or when it has been appointed for this function by the Quality Department.
Has deep knowledge of all the protocols stored at WC Depot in order to provide instructions to all the Depot Staff.
Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required supporting depot operational activities as applicable based on local legislation.
Ensure compliance with all government legislative and local health requirements.
Maintain and assure compliance with applicable ICH(International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use (ICH)) GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) GCP (Good Clinical Practice) GDP (Good Distribution Practice) local regulatory requirements legal requirements and World Courier Internal Guidelines (or any other so required).
Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures which contain all specific instructions to develop the Depot daily activities from the moment of reception of the products until the shipment/delivery of the products to the sites.
Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections as required to assure everything at the Facility is working as established in WC SOPs.
Identify and report possible problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.
Perform any other duties the employee has been trained for.
Shift & Location
On-site position at Presencial Bauness 845 - Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires 11 am to 8 pm.

Education
Tertiary qualification e.g Diploma or equivalent and/ or required training in pharmaceutical service is required for this position whenever local regulation allows this associate to perform the mentioned activities.
Work Experience
Preferable for candidate to have some work experience in warehousing and/or dispensing.

Excellent interpersonal relationships.
Able to take initiatives and solve problems
Self-driven and can work autonomously
Sound computer skills
An understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.
Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail
Sound written and verbal communication skills with a full command of English.
Problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
