Job Description
Position Description: The Medical College of Wisconsins Department of Psychiatry and Mental Behavior Medicine is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary or specialty medical care within defined scope of practice under the supervision of a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW/FMLH/CHW policies and procedures located at Marquette University and TOSA Health Center. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration patient care patient safety research quality improvement and teaching. The Ideal Candidate will be a clinically experienced APP with excellent communication skills objective decision making and collegiality wanting to be part of a thriving and very collaborative academic practice at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW). Areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to providing direct patient care to an adult patient population in an outpatient setting. Preferred Schedule: Full-time role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs. Standard clinic hours are 8a 5p Monday Friday.
