Shift Notes: Mon - Fri: 8 hr shifts 40 hrs/week... Call: TBD... Weekends: TBD based on cases

OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x

NBO: 8 hrs

Patients per day: Acute: 10-12 & OP: 8-10

As a member of the interdisciplinary team contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients through the application of the nursing process. We are looking for mostly outpatient but with one day per week in acute care.

• Min. of 1 year of PT experience
• OP experience required; however IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day/week in Acute Care
• EPIC experience
