Scania USA is seeking an organized curious and passionate Spare Parts Assistant to join our Parts this role youll play a vital part in supporting our dealer and distributor network with technical commercial and administrative tasks related to parts operations. Your work will help keep our processes efficient our systems up to date and our partners supported.
What Youll Be Doing
Handle incoming parts orders and respond to dealer/distributor inquiries;
Provide commercial and technical support on parts-related topics;
Manage return processes and handle core inspections and claims;
Administer and maintain user access and accounts in key systems;
Support quality investigations by helping analyze reported issues gathering information from dealers and collaborating with technical and quality teams to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain subscriptions and access for diagnostic tools for dealers and distributors;
Support After sales with various in-house and field projects as needed.
What Were Looking For
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma;
Experience in After Sales Logistics or Parts (automotive experience preferred);
Solid computer skills (MS Office general system knowledge);
This position includes regular hands-on tasks such as handling and lifting parts and components as part of daily work activities.
Nice to have:
University degree in Engineering Business or related field
Previous experience supporting dealers/distributors;
Understanding of logistics or inventory flows;
Valid drivers license.

Additional Requirements:
