Job Description
We are seeking two reliable and experienced construction helpers to assist our team with water truck driving and loader operation. The ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in site construction specifically with water trucks loader operation and rollers. They must also possess a current and valid TDL with a clean driving record have reliable transportation to work and be able to pass a background check and EVERIFY.
Responsibilities:
- Operate water trucks and loaders as directed by the supervisor.
- Ensure the equipment is in good working condition before and after use.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Perform basic mechanical skills to fix minor equipment problems.
- Assist the supervisor with construction site tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations on the construction site.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of site construction experience with Backhoes loaders excavators
- A current and valid TDL with a clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to work.
- Must be able to pass a background check and E-VERIFY.
- Negative drug and alcohol test.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Must be able to work on time and show up daily.
- Must have basic mechanical skills.
Additional skills that would be a plus but not required:
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Heavy equipment certification.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
