The Role
Were seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner who thrives in high-pressure environments and can turn ambiguity into clarity. The ideal candidate has a consulting background a strong software engineering mindset and the ability to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction. This role requires someone who can both lead projects and roll up their sleeves to ensure execution at the highest level.
What Youll Do
- Own the product vision roadmap and execution for complex software projects.
- Write detailed high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that drive alignment and clarity.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams ensuring projects stay on track and deliver measurable value.
- Anticipate challenges solve problems quickly and bring order to ambiguity.
- Act as a trusted consultant and strategic advisor to clients.
- Balance big-picture product strategy with tactical execution.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner Project Manager/Business Analyst or hybrid role.
- Proven success leading software projects with distributed teams.
- Exceptional user story writing and backlog management skills.
- Strong communication skillsable to speak both business and developer.
- Consulting or start-up background strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to take action without waiting for step-by-step direction.
- Experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps or similar.
