In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform inspection and testing on receiving parts
- Perform in-process inspection audits in the manufacturing area
- Generate nonconformance reports for parts that fail inspection
- Work with Assembly Operators and Manufacturing Engineers to affirm process controls
- Prepare control and maintain manufacturing and inspection documentation
- Prepare customer document packages
- Support the investigation of claims and root cause analysis including execution of corrective actions
- Assist the Quality Manager in the training of other employees
- Calibrate production and inspection gauges and maintain calibration record
- Perform non-destructive testing on castings and welded fabrications
- Maintain a 5S work environment
- May perform other duties as assigned

For This Role You Will Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Hands on experience with engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Familiarity with 5S methodology
- Solid understanding and use of calibrated measuring devices (Calipers Micrometers and Durometers)
- Working knowledge of the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001-2015
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation/procedural skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with fellow inspectors and other employees.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Physical Job Requirements
- Stand up to eight hours per day
- Ability to work in a seated or standing position
