Position Overview

The Cluster Financial Controller Manager is responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple hotels ensuring accuracy compliance and financial efficiency. This role involves overseeing financial reporting budgeting and cost control while providing strategic insights to enhance profitability and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial reporting for all hotels within the cluster ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes offering financial insights to senior management.
  • Developing and implementing cost control measures and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Ensuring adherence to financial regulations including audits and tax compliance.
  • Monitoring cash flow and working capital to maintain financial stability across the cluster.
  • Supervising and mentoring the finance team to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
  • Partnering with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in financial management including 3 years in a hospitality or cluster role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in financial reporting budgeting and analysis.
    • Experience with hospitality-specific financial systems.
    • Strong leadership and team development skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
