Your Day-To-Day
- Carry out hard and soft landscaping (planting paving concreting decking fencing etc.).
- Operate tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Lead onsite landscaping projects and guide team members.
- Assist with site prep deliveries drainage and general construction tasks.
- Maintain a safe clean and productive worksite.
What Youll Bring
- 2 years landscaping experience (residential preferred).
- Confident with both softscaping and hardscaping.
- A Class 1 full drivers license (Class 2 & WTR a bonus).
- Experience operating small diggers and skid steers.
- A can-do attitude team focus and strong work ethic.
- Leadership qualities and solid communication skills.
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work.
